Fallout 4’s Pip Boy Accessory Sold Out, Manufacturer Says It Cannot Make Any More

July 28, 2015 – Fallout 4 is finally coming later this year with an expected release date on November 10, 2015 in PS4, Xbox One as well as the PC.

The demand of the game indeed very high and this is quite apparent with the number of its pre-orders.

The Collections Edition of Fallout 4 which retails for around £100/$120 includes the Pip Boy Accessory which enables you to attach your phone into the Pip Boy, allowing you to use the menu screen from your wrist which captures the essence of how the Pip Boy accessory works in the game itself.

Fans have been clamoring for the sequel for the Fallout series and having this Pip Boy accessory is like icing on the tip of the cake.

In an interview at Quakecon, Bethesda’s marketing VP Pete Hines confirmed that Bethesda has “reached a point where we’d go back to the factories and they were like, ‘guys, this is it, sorry. This is as long as we can run the lines and as many of them as we can make.’”

“We’d go back and say, ‘Demand for this is insane, we’ve got to make more.’ And [the factory would] move other projects off or shift stuff to other factories and it just came to ‘Final answer: sorry, this is as many as we can make.’

This should not be a case to be alarmed by people who pre-ordered the game though as Hines has confirmed that all those already ordered will be honoured.</
